Sophisticated pre-production examination of raw aluminum alloy ensures optimal composition for downstream processes. In-line sensors continuously monitor application of coatings dried on production lines to maintain meticulous thickness uniformity. Post-process diagnostics thoroughly scrutinize product performance properties such as flexibility, adhesion, gloss and color accuracy.
